Guitar Hero: World Tour debuts full-length Metallica album
Metallica’s highly-anticipated upcoming full studio album, “Death Magnetic,” will be available simultaneously in record stores and as downloadable content for Guitar Hero.
Whereas full albums have been released for Rock Band before, there have been classic albums long past their original release date. This is likely the first full album released simultaneously along with a videogame music game version.
The new anthems from the band can be played in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock this September. Players will also be able to unite on drums, guitar and vocals as the album will also be released as downloadable content for Guitar Hero World Tour when it ships this Fall.
