Lionhead Studios announced not so long ago that just several weeks after the release of Fable II, it would get its first downloadable content on December 12th. The content in question is a region known as Knothole Island, and will feature a big chunk of real estate and gameplay to boot.

I love the creative process for videogames, the resulting treasure chest of art work inspired by the project. Here we’ve got the unnamed Orbital Drop Shock Trooper from next Fall’s Halo 3: Recon. I dig the Dark Knight vibe soaking this particular shot.

Microsoft revealed an XBLA game that was ever so briefly teased during one of its New Xbox Experience (NXE) preview videos. The name of the game is A Kingdom for Keflings, and it will be launching alongside the NXE on November 19th.

Microsoft is ramping up for the release of the New Xbox Experience this November, and we’ve been getting little bits and pieces on how it will all work along the way. As you can see, Capcom released the first finalized cover art for its upcoming Bionic Commando.
While the dude looks about as typical tough-guy as you can imagine, the ornate design and prominence of his bionic arm is definitely a crowd pleaser.
Not too shabby.

As part of Bungie’s weekly update, they’ve pulled back the curtain on another multiplayer map in the works for Halo 3. Titled “Assembly”, it is the same map known internally as “Purple Reign” for some time now. We’ve included a batch of screenshots for rabid Halo 3 fans to take a gander at.

Curious as to how the new xbox experience dashboard will look with themes enabled? Look no further than the screenshots below. Frankly, we think this new look suits themes about 1000 percent better than the dashboard we’ve got now.
