About Us
What’s XboxMass dot com all about?
We’re an indie website for the masses, giving you the goods in healthy doses.
In an age of overweight sites, overweight games, and, let’s face it, overweight people, we’re health conscious gamers trimming the fat off all we produce. We’re delivering you the straight goods in small orders, because it isn’t the size that matters.
Mind you, we indulge in the confectionary treat from time to time. Don’t be surprised to see a self-indulgent editorial here and there, something that ruffles feathers or titillates your gaming sensibilities. We, like most, are prone to flights of fancy from time to time.
On a near daily basis you’ll get stories written in digestible nuggets. Above all else, you’ll get quality insights into today’s gaming industry. We want to separate ourselves from the overwhelmingly juvenile tone of major gaming websites, and set a standard for even handed discourse.
That said, we want to have fun, and we hope that comes through, lest we be dry and boring. (Note to self: limit use of the word “lest”.)
What can you look forward to?
Well, for starters, we’ll deliver Reviews on all of the hot high profile games we deem fit for consideration. (Sorry, but we won’t be bothering with the likes of Kung Fu Panda.)
We’ll deliver a Play Journal of games up for review, offering a nearly daily glimpse of how the game is shaping up, leading all the way up to the review itself.
Previews of demos delivered through Xbox Live will satiate your curiosity of upcoming titles, too.
Editorials from our editors will give us the chance to fly off-the-cuff on any insight that pops into our heads, and hopefully entertain you in the process. (Please, bear with us.)
And don’t forget about News. There’s always something going on in the gaming industry, and when a hot announcement hits the internet, we’ll give it to you here.
That’s the nuts and bolts of XboxMass dot com, but certainly not the whole lot of it. Spend some time with us, comment on our stories, and look forward to much more!
